A friend suggested visiting Tofo, and it sounded like a great idea for a beach holiday. It never ceased to amaze. One felt totally safe, people are genuine and not jaded by tourism. Surfing is a huge part of the culture and there is a big movement introducing it to the local kids to give them an active healthy interest. A lot of people have migrated to these southern shores where they can work remotely and without too much interference.
“I’ll definitely be back to this friendly little paradise where the skies are aqua blue.”

When a trip to Tofo, in Mozambique, was proposed, which promised palm-fringed beaches, white sand, aquamarine seas, tropical heat and sunshine, I couldn’t have packed quicker.
“And as for those photo opportunities? ... blue ocean, white sand, palm trees, happy people… what’s not to love?”
